To ensure faster service for all of our customers, please read these questions before submitting a request to customer service.

Do you have a printed CATALOG I can request? We are currently an online only company and to keep our prices so low, we do not have a catalog. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What SIZE should I buy? All of our clothes are either sized for Juniors, Junior Plus, or girls/preteen. You can find our size chart by putting your cursor over the CUSTOMER SERVICE TAB in the upper left side of your screen then scrolling down to the size chart. You can also, if you wish, email us at sales@daisymaze.com with your height, weight, bust/waist/hip measurement and we can confirm the size you should be ordering. Also, each item on our website has a Request Info tab you can click on to instant email us questions about that item.

Why is the SIZE OR COLOR that I want not listed? To select the size and color you want, click on the drop down menu where is it says Choose Style. If you do not see the size and/or color you want on the drop down list, we are out of stock on that item and probably will not be getting any more. However, sometimes we are able to reorder items from our manufacturers so check back on our website periodically to see if the item you want has been restocked.

How much is SHIPPING? Shipping rates can be found by going to the Customer Service tab in the upper right of your screen and clicking on Sales Policies. International customers please note, the rates listed should be enough for most orders but if you order is large or you are in a country that is more expensive to ship to, we may request additional shipping fees to process your order. We will not charge your credit card for additional international shipping unless we get your approval.

How LONG DOES IT TAKE to get my order? We usually ship within 1 or 2 business days from the time you place your order. Please make sure you provide your phone # and correct email address because if we have a question about or problem with your order, shipping may be delayed if we cannot contact you. Once we ship an order, it should be delivered within 2 to 5 business days depending upon the carriers service. We ship USA orders by either UPS or thru the Post Office. International orders are shipped air mail but may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. These times are estimates, some orders may take longer. Is it SAFE to order from Daisy Maze? Yes, we have the latest and best security features on our website. We have been in business since 1998 and have always put customer security first. You can shop with confidence at daisymaze.com

Do you offer NEXT DAY and 2ND DAY shipping? Yes we do offer express shipping only within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed by 1 pm central standard time will be shipped the same day (NOTE TO NEW CUSTOMERS-Your order will not ship if we need to verify the billing or ship to address and cannot reach you at the phone # provided). We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS) for Next Day and 2nd Day shipments. Please note these mean business days. So if you place an order to be shipped overnight on Friday, you will receive it on Monday, not Saturday. Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive on time unless UPS delays are due to weather or other factors beyond their control. You will receive your package before 6pm on the date of delivery. We will refund your shipping if UPS does not deliver as described. If you supply your email address when ordering, you will receive a tracking number that can be used on the UPS website to track your package.

Do you ship to my COUNTRY? We ship to many countries but not all. Some countries we cannot properly ship to and/or receive payment from. This is nothing against you if you live in a country not on our list it just means we cannot conduct business satisfactorily between our two countries. The list does change from time to time so email us if you want to find out the latest about buying from us in your country. Who is eligible for the online CONTEST and what are the rules? The contest is only available to customers in countries that we ship to. To view our list of countries we ship to, click on the Win money from DaisyMaze.com!! tab at the top center of the screen then click on the country field. Contest is void where prohibited. There is no age limit except where prohibited by law. You can enter the contest 1 time per day until the drawing. Daisy Maze, Inc. reserves the right to change the rules of, modify procedures for, or cancel a contest at any time. Contestants must provide us with a valid name, address, and phone number to be eligible to win. The prize is for credit with our company only. Winners can place their order by phone or email, merchandise must ship to the same address listed on their entry form. Other restrictions may apply.

How do I TRACK MY ORDER? Go to our website and log back into your account. Only orders shipped within the United States can be tracked. You will see your orders listed and next to them they will say how the order shipped and the tracking number. If the order was shipped via UPS, copy the tracking number and go to www.ups.com to track the order. If the order shipped via the post office, go to www.usps.com to track the order. Note- orders shipped via the post office may or may not have a tracking number. The tracking number (if provided) will not really allow you to track the package like on the ups website. The status may say that the post office is waiting for us to give them the package to ship UNTIL the package is actually delivered. Hmmmm…..that doesn’t help much but on some orders it functions properly.

When I check on my order, what do the ORDER STATUS terms mean? If you check on the status of your order and it says your order is on permanent hold, that means we had trouble processing your credit card, we need to confirm your shipping address, or some other problem. Usually we try to contact you to clarify any issues so please always supply us with a valid phone number and email address. We do not sell your email or other info to other companies. If your order status says something like Ready to Pick or Packed, Ready to Ship or Credit Card Approval Pending that just means we are working on your order.

I did not get an EMAIL confirming my order, why? After you place an order you should get an email right away that confirms your order. You should also get an email once we start processing your order then a final email after we ship your order (the last email will provide you a shipper tracking number if available). If you do not get these emails, check your system to ensure your email filters are not blocking our emails. Check your spam folder too, you may have to adjust your spam filters to accept emails from daisymaze.com

When ordering, where do I enter my DISCOUNT CODE? Enter any discount code you may have received at the bottom of your shopping cart BEFORE you check out. If you submit an order and forget to enter the discount code please call us or email us with your order number and the discount code you that needs to be entered. If your order has not been processed and shipped out, we will make every effort to apply the discount.

How do I RETURN an item? When you receive your order there should be a return slip in your package. If for any reason you wish to return an item, just fill out the return slip and mail the package back to us or use a private carrier like UPS or Fed Ex (yes you do have to pay for the postage to ship an item back to us but we will reship the exchanged item back to you at no charge). If you want to exchange an item, be sure to include on the return slip (you can use a blank piece of paper too) the item # AND the size/color of the item you want us to send back to you. You can exchange an item for the same item in a different color/size or you can exchange it for a totally different item. If the new item costs more, please include payment such as your credit card number, expiration date, and CID number so we can charge your card for the difference. If the item costs less we will issue you a credit to be used on future orders unless you request otherwise. If you want to get a refund and not exchange the item(s), we can do that too. Any shipping charges you incurred on the original order are not refundable but the cost of merchandise can be refund to you if you wish. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the same card you originally used.

What forms of PAYMENT do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Google checkout on our website. If you mail in an order please pay with a money order or check, do not send cash. Personal or company checks are usually held for 10 to 15 business days until the check clears.

Can I MAIL you my order? Yes, you print off an order form on our website. Go to the customer service tab in the upper right side of your screen and select the Mail Order Form. You can also use a blank piece of paper but make sure you include all the necessary info including your phone number, complete address, and the size/color and 6 digit item # for each item you order. Be sure to include any shipping charge, sales tax should be added only if your order is shipping to an address within the state of Wisconsin

How do I redeem a GIFT CARD? When redeeming a gift card, it is best to call us at 608-237-6813 to place your order. Or you can email us your order, be sure to include your name, address, and phone number. The gift card that you receive will have a number on it. We will need this number to properly process your order.

Do you have STORES? No, we are internet only. Because we do not have stores, we can keep our prices and our shipping rates low.

Do you sell WHOLESALE? Yes we do. You can fill out an application for buying wholesale by going to our Customer Service tab and clicking on Wholesale.
