Our RSS feeds are updated hourly throughout the day, every single day. If you are familiar with RSS, we use the 2.0 format. If you are unfamiliar with RSS, a brief explanation is necessary. RSS (Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication) is just a way for websites to deliver current information to you without using e-mail. You will either need special RSS reading software (we recommend a free utility called RSS Popper, which works with MS Outlook) or use a web-based reader that is offered by many websites (Google Reader and My Yahoo! are a couple examples).
